Refund policy

This policy covers payments for the InterchangeHQ Unlimited plan.

The plan

Unlimited costs $10 USD per year, or €10 per year for buyers in Europe. It renews automatically every year until you cancel.

Buyers in Europe: 14-day right to cancel

If you buy from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, you may cancel within 14 days of a payment and receive a full refund of that payment. Sign in and use "Cancel subscription" — the refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. No ban applies to a cancellation made within these 14 days.

Everyone else, and after 14 days

• Payments are non-refundable. When you cancel, unlimited access ends immediately and the rest of the period is not refunded.
• Cancelling within 4 months of payment may result in a permanent ban of your IP address from InterchangeHQ.

Renewals

Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next yearly charge. Buyers in Europe also have 14 days after each renewal to cancel for a refund of that renewal.
